After nearly 2 months of a runaround between Urgent Care, my primary doctor, a Rheumatologist, and an Orthopedist, I was still in pain every day; hardly able to walk at all. Diagnosis: plantar fasciitis with ‘incidental’ bone spurs.

We discussed my bunions and callouses as well at that visit and I didn’t know I had hammertoes and bunions that could be corrected when and if needed. During the pandemic, I was walking more around the park and neighborhood, which made the bunions worse. I was in pain all the time and could not walk long anymore.
